Role

Sealing Air System for “ZERO” Leak

  • Damper with sealing air injection between the double blades attains a 100% tighten.
  • The seal air pressure needs to be higher than the pressure of the flue gas.
Damper Open
  • Exhaust Gas Damper with Seal Air Fan (Opened into the sealing Air)
  • When Damper is opened, sealing air valve is closed, losing the air curtain
Damper Close
  • Exhaust Gas Damper with Seal Air Fan (Closed into the sealing air)
  • When damper is closed, sealing air valve is opened, making the air curtain
